Backs of checks and the book of the considered payments
These often not used sources of the financial information are of great value for small enterprises, especially when the cash-book only is begun or conducted irregularly. We recommend to write down on backs of checks the possible information (not only date, the payer and the general paid sum, but also the VAT and the corresponding current sum of bank). It will allow to avoid excess admissible overdrafta on the bank account; besides, it will be quickly possible to check up the VAT sum before its payment in customs and excise management (Customs and Excise), that also will help at the financial control as acknowledgement of the carried out payments and receipts on a bank bill with disputable cases.
Folders for the paid invoices of suppliers and invoices of customers
All invoices (as the primary certificate of sales under invoices and payments of suppliers) should be accurately filed (are registered) in a corresponding order or after their payment, or after entering into account books. The filing order is defined from common sense reasons. For "expenses" is better to file or on dates of exhibiting of invoices, or on dates of payments (which correspond to dates of checks). For "sales" is better to use an order of numbers of invoices. Besides, it is possible to write down a maturity date, number of the check and the payment sum on the corresponding invoice; all it serves as means of the additional control on payments and receipts in disputable cases.
