    Grants from public sector or from voluntary sources usually are not repaid, on them it is not necessary to pay percent, it is the most favourable form of financing. Therefore to receive them it is uneasy. The persons responsible for granting of grants, usually demand conformity to certain criteria, and grants are usually limited or on the absolute sum, or in percentage of the general capital of the enterprise. Usually it is required to prove, that the enterprise cannot receive necessary means from other sources. In the Great Britain there is a set of persons which can create funds for grants; data about heads of these funds and other forms of financial support it is possible to find in help libraries. The main sources are city councils and local agencies on business (basically granting of grants for rent of premises and grants for an initial stage, especially if they work with ethnic minority or on the co-operative beginnings), and also the special organisations, such, as association of businessmen "Prince! s Youth Business Trust" (grants for persons are not more senior 26 years) and council "Crafts Council" which gives grants to certain categories of the enterprises and official bodies (such as agency on vocational training "Training Agency" through which job of system of encouragement of business "Enterprise Allowance Scheme" is carried out).
